配方包括：

蒲公英根，桔梗，菊花，枸杞，白茅根，甘草，橘皮，胖大海，黄精，桂花。

健康者只为保养肺功能，我们的中医建议每周至少喝3次。

有症状的患者建议每天喝，直到症状消失。

使用说明：

一次一包，午餐后2-5pm，热水150-300ml反复冲泡，直到没有味道，不需要和西药，保健品等隔开时间。

请注意，肺功能不好，有三种异常 ：

1）睡前咳嗽加剧 

肺主呼吸。如果白天呼吸正常，晚上经常咳嗽，咳嗽非常严重，越来越严重，说明肺部可能已经受损，需要及时注意。

2）凌晨3点至5点间醒来 

此时，肺经络有序，人体应进入深度睡眠状态。常常在这时醒来，表示肺气不足，或气血不足。 

4）胸闷和半夜窒息 

睡眠时候胸闷加重，甚至窒息惊醒，警醒心肺功能已严重受损。如果肺气旺盛充足，那么心血就能正常运行。肺部气体交换良好，可使呼吸顺畅，胸部发达。如果心肺功能受损，会影响呼吸，导致胸闷、窒息等。
