配方包括：

佛手，山楂，香橼，人参，甘草，芡实，大麦，丁香，猴头菇，陈皮。

Recipe includes:

预防作用，我们的中医建议每周至少喝3次。

有症状者可以每天喝。

使用说明：

一次一包，建议午餐后2-5pm，热水150-300ml反复冲泡，直到没有味道，不需要和西药，保健品等隔开时间。

肚子胀气，也分上下！

“大肚子”胀气——胃胀气

感觉胃里有气在乱窜，特别撑，有的人还会觉得胸口发闷。

这是因为平常在吃饭时，有一部分空气会随着食物被吞咽下去；如果吞咽得过多，就会造成胃胀气。

“小肚子”胀气——肠道胀气,“小肚子”经常咕噜咕噜地叫，总感觉有啥东西一直在肚子里窜来窜去，有时肚子还会疼得特别厉害。

除了吃进去的空气进入肠道以外，肠道自己也会产气。如果食物没有完全消化完全，肠道里面的细菌就会抓住这些“大块食物残渣”，分解并产生很多气体。

消化不良（胃动力不足）

胃原本的工作是把“牙”粉碎过的食物再切碎，方便肠道的消化吸收。但当胃不好好干活时，肠道的负担就很重！很多没来得及“切小”、“消化”的食物争先恐后地涌入了肠道。肠道里的细菌分解大块食物时，就会产生大量气体。

胃溃疡、胃炎

胃溃疡、胃炎，也会造成胃动力不足，消化不良，容易连带出现腹胀的问题。需要去医院做个胃镜看看。

肠梗阻

除了觉得肚子胀，还有3天以上都没排便、排气（放屁）了，肚子疼一阵一阵的绞痛，甚至出现了呕吐的症状，就非常可能是肠子的某一段堵住了，食物残渣不能顺利排泄造成的，此时必须去医院做一个X线检查，或者B超检查才能确诊。
